How does the online auction work? The auction will be held online opening on Wednesday, May 17 at 10:00 a.m. and closing on Thursday, May 25 at 10:00 a.m. You can view each auction package and bid as often and as much as you'd like. If you don't want to bid on items but still want to support The Elsinore, you will be able to make donations through the online auction website.
How can I bid on an auction item, buy a raffle ticket or donate to The Elsinore?
- Participate in the online auction opening on Wednesday, May 17 at 10:00 a.m. and closing the morning after our concert, Thursday, May 25 at 10 am
- Raffle tickets available until Wednesday, May 24 at 11:59 p.m. Drawing to take place Thursday, May 25 at 10:00 a.m.
If I win an online auction package, how do I pick-up that package? You will be notified by email if you win an auction package in the online auction. Arrangements for pick-up of packages will be facilitated by Sally Litchfield , Development Director. Shipment can be arranged for any winning bidders located outside of the Portland metro area. The winning bidder is responsible for shipping costs of physical items.
