FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need a ticket to attend this event? Yes! Just like an in-person event, we are asking all guests to RSVP so you can stay informed with event information. Click here to RSVP for your free Virtual Event Ticket.  

How much does it cost to attend this event? This event is FREE! However, guests can choose to financially support the Elsinore Theatre by participating in our online auction by bidding on the amazing auction packages we have, or making a gift online before, during, or after the livestream event. 

How does the online auction work? The entire auction will be held online opening on Wednesday, May 19 at 12:00 p.m. and closing on Wednesday, May 26 at 8:00 p.m. You can view each auction package and bid as often and as much as you'd like. If you don't want to bid on items but still want to support the Elsinore Theatre, you will be able to make donations before and during the event through the mobile platform. 

What will the program be like during the virtual event? The livestream broadcast will be a celebration of our 95 years and an opportunity for you to support the Elsinore Theatre  during this critical time. We will share a powerful messages of the Elsinore Theatre: Preserving Her Story. We will have some great auction packages for you to bid on and a moment of giving when you can donate to support the Elsinore Theatre .

How do I participate in the virtual event? When you RSVP we know that you will join us for the virtual event. We’ll invite you to register as a bidder and keep you informed on exciting event details.

How do I watch the livestream event? The week of the event, we will post the link to the livestream here. We recommend you tune in with 2 devices (computer/tablet and mobile phone) or open 2 tabs on your computer. This will allow you to watch the livestream and bid and give in the mobile platform during the event. 

How can I purchase an auction package or donate to The Elsinore? 

  1. Register as a bidder in the online auction at https://elsinore2021.ggo.bid
  2. Participate in the online auction opening on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 12:00 pm and bid on incredible packages. 
  3. Join us for the livestream event on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 6:30 pm to give a donation during the livestream broadcast. 
  4. Make a donation online now.

If I win an online auction package, how do I pick-up that package? You will be notified by email if you win an auction package in the online auction. Arrangements for pick-up of packages will be facilitated by the Elsinore Theatre. Items and certificates can be picked up at the theater’s administrative office (to the left of the main doors) between 9 am & 5 pm, May 27, 28 or June 1-4.  (Closed Memorial Day)
